Here's a bonafide grade-"A" weirdo ass slab of epochal championship tuneage that doesn't quit!!! Well, yeah, I'm really not the first one to mention it, but these guys really are the Austrian KGWLs, aren't they?
As with the Aussie Brethren, a highly entertaining mixture of styles wrapped ina groovy rocking package. Wonderful stuff!

I love the anti-fascist theme of this album. It creates a delightful epic space opera in my mind. Excellent storytelling. I'm a big fan of the slightly off/fuzzy distortion on the guitar every once in a while.
Also, this is hands down one of the best album covers in my collection. heraldofennui

Overall a blissfully sonic listening experience with exceptional writing and production quality. Tracks 1-5 create harmoniously enriching vibe that you really find yourself deeply immersed in and track 6 shifts gears a bit and rounds out my favorites. Tracks 7 & 8 really slow down a bit too much and make the ending of the album feel like it just ran out of gas. Lords of the Black Sun is my least favorite and just seems to drag on and on repeating the same rhythm parts. Still a fantastic listen. skipz
With their blend of playfulness and graduate-level instrumentation, Dorcha deftly prove that improvisational zeal and conservatory-level precision aren't mutually exclusive. Bandcamp Album of the Day Nov 16, 2020

It's freakin' King Buffalo. I simply love virtually every note of music they record and bless us all with. And as I live just down the road from Rochester I've been to Howe Caverns a few times. It's pure musical genius to not only think to record an album there, but then to actually pull it off? Amazing. Reminds me of what Zeppelin did in that old country estate when they recorded "When the Levee Breaks". Genius💡🤘 Steve
